About us

King Charles the Martyr (KCM) is a community of people who are finding that God makes a real difference to life all through the week, not just on Sundays. We want all that we do together to reflect that. Whether we are experiencing times of personal and family joy, or difficulties and heartache, we know that God loves us and shares our pain and suffering. He offers us peace, forgiveness and life at its best. Our worship reflects this and so do our social activities.

KCM is a place where Christians meet together to worship God, thanking him for his love and for the gift of his Son, Jesus. Each day the Christian community at KCM prays for the life and well-being of the local community and the needs of the world.

You are very welcome at KCM. You may have a particular reason for coming - perhaps to attend a special service because someone has invited you. Possibly you are looking for a few moments of quiet in a busy life and noisy world. Maybe you are unsure what has brought you and are uncertain what the church stands for.

Whatever your situation, we are glad of your company and would like to share with you the good news about God's love for his world and our faith in Jesus Christ.
